Description: The Triratna Buddhist Center of Barcelona is dedicated to the practice of the teachings of Buddhism in Barcelona for the benefit of all beings. Through the practice of meditation, compassion and wisdom we can achieve spiritual growth and become happier people and able to help others. It is also a space for the flowering of the spiritual community, friendships with the common interest of practicing together and growing spiritually. We offer classes and courses in Buddhism, meditation, mindfulness and yoga. We also organize retreats and events.
