Description: Shambhala is the name of a group of Buddhist meditation centers and study groups, from the tradition handed down by Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, two Tibetan spiritual masters of the Kagyü, Nyingma and Shambhala lineages. They teach meditation as a way to deepen knowledge of the mind and open the heart in everyday life.
